For clients who already have an agreed will-writing, will-review or LPA quotation from Clear Will Writing.

Before you continue

Our normal service starts straight away once we have your instructions and agreed payment and have confirmed the engagement. During your cancellation period we also need your express early-start request and separate acknowledgement of loss of the cooling-off right after full performance. This form records those choices for your agreed quotation; it does not take or verify payment or itself confirm an engagement.

When should we start?

Our normal process is to start straight away, not to wait 14 days. Both statements below are required for work to start during the cancellation period, and neither is pre-ticked. If you do not want an early start, choose the delayed option instead.

Do not begin until my applicable cancellation period has ended

Starting work alone does not remove your cancellation right. Cancellation before full performance may involve a lawful, reasonable and proportionate charge. Once the agreed service is fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cooling-off right ends where the legal requirements are met. This does not affect remedies for faulty services.

I expressly request Clear Will Writing to begin providing the service before the end of my 14-day cancellation period.

I understand that once Clear Will Writing has fully performed the agreed service, I will lose my statutory right to cancel the contract.
