What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number (where given), who the enquiry is for, the service you are interested in, whether you have an existing will or are interested in an LPA, and any message you write.

We also record the page you submitted from, the date and time, and, where present, campaign information (UTM parameters and Google click ID) that shows how you reached the site. We record that you ticked the consent box.

Please do not put bank details, identity numbers or detailed financial information in the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss what you need. We also use campaign information to understand which sources bring enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Lawful basis and retention

The consent you give when submitting the form is the basis for contacting you about your enquiry. Retention periods and any other lawful bases are to be confirmed and will be stated here before launch.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is stored by our website systems and may be passed to a customer-relationship tool we use to manage enquiries. A list of named processors will be added once confirmed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details on our Contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
