Who we are, and who we are not
Clear Will Writing is a specialist will-writing service and is not a firm of solicitors. Where a matter requires services outside the scope of our offering, we may recommend that you obtain advice from an appropriately authorised or specialist professional.
Information on this site
The content on this site is general information, not advice about your particular circumstances. A will or Lasting Power of Attorney is only effective if completed and signed in line with the legal requirements, which we explain as part of our service. We cannot say whether any particular document is suitable until we have understood your circumstances.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige you to proceed. We do not guarantee any tax outcome, the avoidance of disputes or the avoidance of care fees.
Scope of services
We prepare wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We do not make probate applications, administer estates, or sell prepaid probate plans or funeral plans.
